Facilities and Memberships Manager
To be responsible for the smooth running of the Charleston offices and site; maintaining the systems that underpin the work of all staff at Charleston, including all ICT, office facilities and provisions. The role is also responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Friends membership scheme and Omega Group donor group and will lead on co-ordinating filming, photo shoots and venue hire for the Trust.
Public Programmes intern
The Charleston Trust are seeking an intern for 12 months to work on the Charleston Centenary Project Heritage Lottery funded programme to offer structured work-based learning to support career development and to open up opportunities for working in the culture and heritage sectors. This internship is part of a 3 year community engagement programme, the aim of which is to develop and extend Charleston’s relationship with local schools, education providers, and community groups, whilst maintaining our service to existing audiences.
Capital Appeal Manager
To lead on fundraising for the Charleston Centenary Project and achieve the appeal target through a variety of sources, including trust and foundations applications
and developing a Major Donor programme and managing High Net Worth relationships. The post also includes identifying and pursuing new partnership and
fundraising opportunities in the UK and USA and assisting with core costs targets through trusts and foundations application writing.
